Diving is always judged on style points!

There would have been a lot more style points if they had known the Championship was going to hinge on the action!!!!! Almost said dive.

If his car was hurt so bad that he couldn't make a pass or even do a burnout, then why bother? Disregard any BS that he forgot to flip a switch or whatever. If you go up and don't burn the the tires, then Lamb should know that something is not right. This was a pre arranged deal. If not, then why did Lamb wait on his every move? Reminds me of B movies, lots of bad acting and monsters always show up in the plot line. Drew could have been the Champ had somebody laid down along the way. Nobody did and he finished second. Charlie wasn't a factor at this point. To bring up some stuff that happened months ago, between a Stocker and a SC'er was, at best, bush league. To think, that we have to stoop so low and comment on that situation (you know who you are), that had nothing to do with final points, is disturbing. Lamb is the Champ. Drew is the runner up. It is the way that it is. Like it or not. Having blockers is one thing. Throwing a round as a multi time champion is another thing that just doesn't add up. There are just better ways to do this without drawing attention to yourself and drawing the ire of your competitors.
Steve,

We both obviously have strong opinions based on who we know or where we are from. So I will try my hardest to quench my ego and make this my last post on the issue :-)
I'm trying to be objective here and listen what people have said that was not just pure accusations or conjecture.
You mention the race being rigged between Doug and Justin. You are correct, it was and it was explained earlier in the thread by someone who was there. The explanation makes sense to me otherwise they would have done a better job of covering up .
The thing about the switch was a different race with a different driver and an explanation was given by the former owner of that car.
I sticking with my point of view based on what has been presented that its all on the up and up.
To take your point of view in my opinion your calling some very respectable people who have commented on the situation liars.
I'm sure that was not your intention but with one accusation comes the other.

Well, since you brought it up again, what's that like 3 or 4 times now?, I'm going to post about it again.

He was a factor for second. You and I both know that if Charlie was in third before Vegas he probably wouldn't have given a **** about what happened, but he felt like he was "robbed" out of $5000 by what went down. Kinda like Don feels now I bet.

First off, I'll post about it whenever and wherever I want. If fact, now that you keep bringing it up, I might start posting about it more often.

Second, what's even lower and more bush league is what Charlie has done to Don after what happened in Norwalk.

I heard there is a court date set for the 18th of this month in Illinois. Don had to file a lawsuit to try to get some money out of Charlie. Maybe somebody can do a "Live from" the courthouse.

Toby if you want the facts on the deal with don and I you or anyone can call me anytime 517-605-8309. If not keep playing on the Internet, I don't care.
I think it's funny someone that doesn't even own his own race car calls me bush league.
You don't have a clue about the accident and how don has changed the amount he wants three times now. You are right the court will decide our deal later this month. Looking forward to it.

Yep, you got me there! I don't own my own race car.

You're right, I don't have all the facts. So, let me see if I got this straight. Since he has changed the amount three times, you shouldn't have to pay him anything?

What if the judge rules that you don't have to pay him because of the waiver or whatever. Is that what you're going to do?

Toby may not be a race car owner, however, his driving skills make up for it for any car owner to hand him a race car to drive!

Judge Judy would straighten this all out and it would be great if it was on TV.....

Pat Musi made it on one of those TV courtroom shows.....and we could get 2 episodes...

One for the pit accident and one for the possible round diving.....

I like it, that would be "real" tv. Maybe a mini-series?
