Are we allowed to use the hydraulic roller lifters that use the link bar for alignment instead of using the original type with the spider and dogbones? 305 Chevy stocker.

No...but you can use them in Super Stock if you'd rather be there LOL

You cannot use a solid roller lifter.
If the engine was hydraulic roller from the factory it is legal to use aftermarket hydraulic roller lifters with tie bar. Always check with your division tech director.

Mark, no performance advantage the lifter is heavier.taller.

Then I would assume you could use an early block to build a roller motor for Stock?
