Default 351C replacemnt heads

Am I reading the guide correct? It says .....same runner, chamber, and valve size as head it is replacing

So a 61607 that comes with 2.05/1.6, 190/90 can be made into 2.19/1.71, 244/137 ?

Or can I be somewhere in between? the rule book says +.005/-.015 on the valve sizes.

S/S 351C I am confused ...can somebody help me out

Bill

You can make the Edelbrock head work by making the chamber and valve sizes
correct. The ports just can't exceeed the max that NHRA has listed.

The question is whether they are worth the 10-14 hp penalty you get
to run them.
