Default Hydraulic throwout bearing in SS

Anyone have good or bad thoughts or experiences on hydraulic TOB's in a clutchless SS car. I have used one in Lenco/bracket application but don't know of any in SS. Sure would be nice to not have all that linkage. With only needing it on the launch I don't see a problem. I think a positive stop would allow for a constant air gap setting.
