I agree. Bret does a great job. The guy knows drag racing inside and out!

Thanks, guys. Most folks don't realize it but I've done the NHRA Pro Mod TV coverage for all but two of the past fifteen years.

Crown vic's, that sounds interesting. Bret, one article about bracket racing rentals, you said crown vic's were bad because the rental agency's put air shocks in the back and pumped them up for a 99-1 bias on the front end when empty. When they are your own, (set up properly) how do you find them? Are they as good as a Taurus?
Thanks

At the time we met in the stands I was bracket racing my company ford crown vic. We were talking in the stands, had a good time Bret is a great guy.

Oh by the way footbraking it I was cutting .005 lights, disconnected the air sensor in the air box and the car would run 16.80 to .82 consistently, went a few rounds with it.

Cool! thanks for the info.

"Bret is a great guy." No doubt, not the first time I've seen that either.

How do I find them? Well, THIS one (shown) has three wins and four finals in the past nine years of the World Series of Drag Racing, thirty-seven event wins in forty-nine finals and has made about $21K for a $3K investment.

EDIT ADDENDUM: By the way, the car has won two H/SA class titles, too!
