great job: Bret Kerner
On the T.V. coverage of NHRA Pro Mod,
glad to hear him. |
Re: great job: Bret Kerner
I agree. Bret does a great job. The guy knows drag racing inside and out!

Re: great job: Bret Kerner
Thanks, guys. Most folks don't realize it but I've done the NHRA Pro Mod TV coverage for all but two of the past fifteen years.

Re: great job: Bret Kerner
Bret have followed your announcing for years. I met you at Baytown a long time ago we were talking about bracket racing our crown vic's..
You keep everyone on the edge of their seats. |
Re: great job: Bret Kerner
Crown vic's, that sounds interesting. Bret, one article about bracket racing rentals, you said crown vic's were bad because the rental agency's put air shocks in the back and pumped them up for a 99-1 bias on the front end when empty. When they are your own, (set up properly) how do you find them? Are they as good as a Taurus?
Thanks |
Re: great job: Bret Kerner
At the time we met in the stands I was bracket racing my company ford crown vic. We were talking in the stands, had a good time Bret is a great guy.
Oh by the way footbraking it I was cutting .005 lights, disconnected the air sensor in the air box and the car would run 16.80 to .82 consistently, went a few rounds with it. |
Re: great job: Bret Kerner
Cool! thanks for the info.
"Bret is a great guy." No doubt, not the first time I've seen that either. |
Re: great job: Bret Kerner
Brett is the best.. I think NHRA coverage needs someone like Brett.. The man is a walking history book...
