Default front suspension on 86 Camaro

I was reading the 2008 rule book for NHRA and it said no touchy front suspension on stock eliminator cars so what can you do to get it to lift???

You have to learn to read the rule book. You are allowed to change the front shocks, springs and bushings. You can convert from power steering to manual steering. Go and check the Ed Quay website and you will find other components you are going to need in the front end such as the steering dampener and other pieces.

I reread the specs and i can't find one thing you said to be true.?

What part you do not understand? Are you telling me that you do not change the shocks in your own street car? What the rule book means is that you CANNOT change the configuration of the OEM front suspension, so, go read Page 73, Section 3.4 that is referenced in Page 141, Section 3, SUSPENSION, Front. It does not say that you cannot replace the parts.
