I suggest you build an 80 turbo mustang and race it in u-v/s or /sa. Your superstock idea is not a great one. I believe the record holder (in u-v stock) stated that he can run around 2 seconds under the index. Read the rule book a few more times and you'll understand the questions you have a little more.
