It it huge, it also has a huge price tag attached, has been used for decades as nothing but private auto mfg. Automotive Proving Grounds is in pristine condition and only needs spectator stands installed.

Yes, it is also in the dead center of nowhere in the desert. But, that means fewer local residents to drive it out of business or complain about noise. And located dead center of the Phoenix, L.A.(SoCal), and Las Vegas Metro areas.

We could sure use an IHRA Track out west (right dead center in the middle of Firebird, Pomona, and the Las Vegas Speedway complex!)

Sure, it would take a conglomerate of Billionaires to get it and get it off the ground, but the possibilities are endless once they snatch it up!

Google Maps...Yucca, AZ go look at the overhead view you cannot miss the For Sale Facillity! (Bonus...it is only a 20 min drive from my house at AZ friendly 75MPH Interstate speeds). It would almost make me move a bit west to
Yucca so I could drive across the street to race (no complainers there about noise either as far as existing residents, because most of those that live locally are under U.S. Marshall's protection...a very well know fact, and they would shy away from exposure it could cause).
Yup..they could compete with everyone else for race dates in February and March LOL
Location and climate
Yucca is located in southern Mohave County, 35 miles (56 km) north of Lake Havasu City, 24 miles (39 km) southwest of Kingman, the county seat, and 38 miles (61 km) east of Needles, California. Yucca has a hot desert climate (K?ppen BWh) with brutally hot summers and cool winters. In summer, it is normal to record temperatures above 110 ?F (43 ?C) for days on end, while in winter it is very mild with practically no snowfall: the highest rainfall in a month is merely 4.0 inches (0.10 m). The average minimum temperatures in the winter are usually 30 to 45 ?F (−1.1 to 7.2 ?C). The sun shines throughout the spring and early summer, and most of the limited rain falls from extratropical lows in the cooler months.
