Fuel Injected sample valve
does anyone use a Jegs style fuel sample valve?. I am concerned about the higher fuel pressure blowing out the o-rings. Thanks.

Re: Fuel Injected sample valve
I'm running the similar style valve from Clark Holroyd at 45 psi with no issues other than fule comes out REAL FAST when your taking a sample at higher pressure.

Re: Fuel Injected sample valve
I'm running the Aeromotive #15631 sample valve. I like it better than the Jegs because it has a 1/8 fitting on the side for a pressure gauge. I've ran 75# with no problems. It's only "For A Few Dollars More" at Jegs.

Re: Fuel Injected sample valve
Bob, I've used a couple of the Jegs valves on EFI cars with no problems. .... I agree with Oclk, the Aeromotive is a nicer piece for only a few more bucks, and it'semi idiot proof . ,,, Tom

Re: Fuel Injected sample valve
... the jegs valve , jerry bickel valve , ART valves are all manufactured by Clark . I have never had an Aeromotive valve apart so I cant' say were comparing apples to apples here , but the way the top half swivels it would be logical that It also has o-rings in it . When I designed and prototyped the "CLARK" valve I put alot more pressure on it in testing than you will ever see from a gasoline fuel injection setup. I think this new aero valve is bulky and my main dislike is having an alum part that threads into an aluminum part with a pipe thread . Thats why the CLARK valve has a stainless fitting .
