Looking for some for information on what works best for more brake holding power on a fox body mustang stocker set up?bigger wheel cylinder, master cylinder etc...

Rear disc brakes. Dual caliper rear disc even better.

Most of the time you just have to move the brake rod hole up about a half to three q quarters of an inch and you can hold the car 3500 against the converter.

Change the pedal ratio as lee said. I couldn't hold beyond 1800 before I did this and put disc brakes around. I hold at 2800 now pretty easily on two step.

The 2 step kills some power to make it easier to hold it at the line.

Drum brakes actually hold better then disc, drum brakes are self energizing. Basically as the primary shoe touches the drum and the drum tries to rotate it this in turn forces the secondary shoe harder against the drum.
To increase brake holding power increase wheel cylinder diameter and install all secondary shoes for more friction surface area. If possible find a larger size shoe/drum setup from a larger car that will fit your rear. raise the pedal pushrod to increase pedal ratio.
Every Fox body I've fooled with has marginal brakes at best.

what about the master cylinder size of the bore when increasing the wheel cly size should i go up in master cly size?

I can say on my '90 Foxbody with discs all around and a Strange m/c it will not creep...tested to 3500rpm thus far with the Dynamic convertor atm. I have yet to move the pivot point on the brake pedal. No two-step installed yet.

I can stall my 94 GT street car to 3800 with the footbrake and factory rear disk brakes. No 2 step. Nothing but an organic pad and an inline brake bias adjuster. If you don't want to spend money for aftermarket rear discs, you can convert your Fox to factory rear discs using components from a 94-04 Mustang. Cheap and easy to do.

It depends and I know that sounds dumb. Look at basic hydraulic principles and you'll understand further how it will have an effect.
The smaller the MC bore the higher the pressure but smaller the volume. The larger the MC bore the less pressure but more volume. Now on the other end of the line the larger the size of the wheel cyl the higher the pressure exerted because there is more surface area exerting the pressure.
