Hole in throttle plate?

I have a .125 hole drilled in the throttle plate (throttle body) of my box manifold.
It idles aroud 2000 rpms. I thought it was needed due to the cams I'm running.
I put the individual throttle body manifold on and the car idles at 800 rpms so it isn't the cams.
The most I can get for vacuum with the box is 70 kpa, the ITB's idle at 50 kpa.
I want to close the hole up in the throttle plate.
What is the best way to do it?

Art, if it idles down to 800, why do you need to plug holes in the throttle blades?

This is the single throttle body, not the ITB's. The ITB's idle fine with no holes
I didn't put the hole in the throttle plate. I bought the caravan manifold with the throttle body on it.

Okay Thanks. I'm going to try to get another throttle plate. But I'm not sure which throttle body it is. I was told it was 70mm but it's more like 62mm. But what can you expect from someone the modifies a DodgeCaravan manifold. LOL

Art,
Anyone that is good with a TIG welder should be able to weld it shut for you. It will take loner to turn the welder on and put on a helmet than doing the actual welding.
