Joe...I do not know if they build their own, however, the AFCO ball joints work great.

Thanks, I meant AFCO. Looks like a good product. Any concern for longevity with wheelstanding cars, esp heavy big block stockers? Joe.

They way they are built, I feel they should last a long time. Have never been dissapointed with an AFCO product.

Joe, we just put some of the Howe low friction joints in Bob Tatum's car. You can get the studs in different lengths to adjust front end travel. Very nice ball joints. Got them from Savitske Classic and Custom. Their web site is www.SCandC.com

It's working good Joe. I finally ditched the 396. On the freshen we foud the factory crank to be cracked in 4 or 5 different places. Found a virgin 454 block, bored it to .030, 10.5:1 compression, brodix aluminum oval port heads, and our same little street roller cam, dual plane intake, and 750HP holley from the 396. At ~3700 we have run a best of 6.56 @ 103 with a 1.38 60' down at Farmington. Took a while to get it all dialed in suspension wise but it works pretty darn good now. Still on the little 9" radial and a lot of stocker tricks to get her to hook. Kind of a silly way to bracket race but it sure makes for a lot of fun and I have learned a lot doing it this way.
