You should check Motor City Solutions Composites; they build an exact replica in Carbon Fiber and may be able build a fiberglass version.

Also, you may want to contact HO Fibertrends; they were the company that made the Cobra R hoods for the Ford Company. They may still be the supplier for the CJ hoods too.
