Re: Vinyl Graphic Removal
Astro or Chicago Pneumatic makes a die grinder with eraser wheel attachment. Just like the crud thug from Snap-On, just alot cheaper. Can get from any auto paint supplier.

Works fantastic. Old trick from way back. Use caution and try a spot of paint on rear quarter lip first. |
Re: Vinyl Graphic Removal
A good friend of mine is a vinyl lettering guy. He is the master of taking off stickers and not taking off paint.
His weapon of choice is a plastic razorblade, i believe you can buy that at auto body supply shops. It's a really thin plastic scrapper basically. Use your heat gun, or hair dryer and get the sticker really warm, so the glue is loosened up and use the plaist blade to scrape it off. |

3-M or Astro make the rubber wheels. Kinda like a eraser on a die grinder. Works great on all paint except old Lacquer. Its a little scary at first but it doesn't harm the paint at all. Quick and painless. But try the heat gun first, its cheaper. bob |
