Default Biondo Throttle stop

I got to wiring my Biondo delay box today. Here is what happened. I wired the box to 12v switched source. Transbrake terminal to solenoid and 2 step on msd box. Wired ground to ground post. Push button 1 to one side of transbrake switch, the other side to the trans solenoid. Then I wired my 12v feed from the throttle stop on the box to the biondo throttle stop solenoid. Upon turning the power on I tested everything for the transbrake and everything worked fine. About 30 seconds in the main distribution fuse blew(60 amp for the switch panel and electronics). I turned the kill switch off and checked around and found the biondo throttle stop to be very hot. Got a test light after disconnecting the solenoid and found the power from the mega 85 t stop to be active even with no timers active! Has anyone ever seen the issue? Thanks
Andrew
