if I had a 27 T altered which ran 11.60's, could I run it in a bracket without all kinds of safety equipment [except the normal full car items]?
would center steer make any difference? Thanks Rod in AZ |

You would still need the required safety equipment for open-bodied cars, and the safety specs for the E.T.

Some tracks won't let center steer cars run in footbrake/no box, depends on the rules.

There is nothing in the rules preventing a center steer car from running in any bracket. There is even a guy who built one for Sportsman.
