nhra Layoffs???
I don't know how true this story is. Supposedly nhra fired a few folks today - possibly as many as 18 got the axe.

Re: nhra Layoffs???
If you "don't know how true this story is" , then why say anything?
Guess we needed some drama. |

Re: nhra Layoffs???
Do you think we are running a court of law here? Or possibly a nationally syndicated newspaper column? Drama? Check some of the other threads on this site.

Re: nhra Layoffs???
The big changes for NHRA in 2010 will cost cutting. Payroll reduction is common place to start. Look for more goodies to come.

Re: nhra Layoffs???
Add to any layoffs, how do you like the "new" smaller magazine size
Natinal Dragster? Just less for more $$. At least it will take up less space on my bookshelf.

You will have to catch smaller fish if you want to wrap them in the new Dragster.

Compton and Light will get a huge bonus for their cost saving efforts.

Re: nhra Layoffs???
Supposedly, compared to previous years they're practically closing ORP (IRP) in Indianapolis.
No road course anymore. Bracket races down to 10 a year. Test nights down to once a month. I hope that doesn't all come true. |
