NHRA Rescission letter rule posted today
So did everyone read the rule today?
I have heard for years that people keep letters and emails when they ask for a rule clarification, and if questioned, they provide a copy. It appears all those letters don't carry any weight any more? I am just trying to understand what it means.

Re: NHRA Rescission letter rule posted today
I heard about a letter that was presented to NHRA tech at Indy concerning an intake manifold that wasn't an "accepted" piece but with the letter it (the intake manifold) was allowed to be run. I'm reading it as that type of "letter".
