St. Thomas results

The Can-Am Series enjoyed a dry, HOT and humid weekend at Ontario's longest running dragstrip this past weekend. The track is celebrating 60 years of continuous operation and it was a purpose built facility, not using a retired airstrip as so many others. Sat's. race was presented by Belmont Automotive and there were 29 entries. The Miljanovic family owned 67 Camaro, driven by young Mitch pulled off his first win by defeating the 3rd gen Camaro of Dave Drewett. Sun's. race was presented by Finish Line Powdercoatings with 31 entries. Chuck Nagy topped Glen Baker in his GS Buick Super Stocker in their final. Thanks to the track crew for a great job on track prep all weekend long.
