If every racer could keep from getting hit with HP by bypassing the scales and fuel check, they all would do it and no one would ever get hit. The AHFS would be completely meaningless.

Drew's prolly looking for a 222# passenger. That combo in SS is 137hp over factory and likely a result of the same family to some degree.
