95 fbody foot/brake camaro. (10.70 et car).. sbc/th350 trans....engine & mid plate mounted engine. poly mount or one piece alm? advice/info? tks

Go with the Polly mount in case there’s any amount of flex it could save your tail housing

Rubber mount. You Never want to make the aluminum transmission case a stressed part of the chassis. It is bolted to the motor and isn't going anywhere.
