The locals that already live there will benefit when they sell.

State regulators had already been moving in that direction, but the law signed on Saturday removes any doubt, as it orders regulators to implement the change by January 1, 2024. It will prompt a move to electric powered devices.

California earlier announced it will disallow the sale of gas-powered cars and trucks by 2035.

California officials say there are an estimated 16.7 million small engines in the state. There are around 13-million passenger vehicles.
The US had better re-build the electrical power grid in this country before this 'Go Green' initiative gets going full-tilt!

I'm shopping Prescott / Payson area right now but I'm trying to downsize some. Sorry if we inflate the housing market but the price "looks too good" to us right now especially the property tax rate. I was also looking at Nevada but GTX John is scaring me a little.

The average residential service in the country is 100 Amps, a Tesla charger requires 70 Amp, so while you are charging that car, load shedd, your electric stove, dryer, and heating & cooling system while your charging your car, your refrigerator will probably be alright. Ouch.
Say an average neighborhood is fed say 15 MVA of power, now every one is charging a Tesla at 9000 VA you just added say 3 MVA, now your XFMRs are to small, bigger XFMRs and bigger wires. Now find somebody to do the work, and these XFMRs are not on the shelf, it will take trillions of dollars and years to implement. Hey I am just an Electrician but a lot smarter then most those ivy league idiots in Washington.

There is absolutely zero chance that a multi-state fraud could be conducted on that scale without anyone blowing the whistle.

And a state like Georgia that was being pressured to find or manufacture evidence of fraud (and would have loved to do so) couldn’t come up with anything?

Do you really think 85 million people voted for this idiot? That would be more votes then any president in history.

On its own, it might be difficult to believe. But I can certainly believe that 85 million people would vote against the previous idiot.

It will require decades to come up with a reusable energy program to replace our fossil fuel program, if at all possible. These folks are farting in the wind.
