The T-bolt ahead of it was pretty cool with the Mickey Thompson hemi heads was pretty cool too. Though it would've been nice to have seen more of the Hemi Dart after.

Prices on these factory hot rods are starting to creep back up again...I hope you bought something you liked when the prices were low for the past several years.

The MT Thunderbolt also brought $220K.

The discussion about Mickey making Hemi heads fit on the Ford and Pontiac can be addressed this way. The 392 Hemi, the FE Ford and the Pontiac all have the same bore spacing. They also have the same head-bolt arangement using ten bolts. It was actually a fairly easy deal mounting the 392 Hemi heads on the Ford and Pontiac engines.

Is there any proof they weren't bought back by the owners?

The Cirque' De Sand is a poor tool to use to judge real car prices.

As usual, since chevy is a major sponsor, them go to commercial break every time a Mopar comes to the block.

But, some things I noticed about the 5 and 50 car: Chrome bumpers, I thought they were fiberglass; rear panel showed dual exhaust cutouts....?; and front fenders had side warning lights on them......on fiberglass....? Highly suspect to me.

i dont watch the show anymore after learning from a real good sourse that most of the totals are ran way up for tv. This show has hurt the chances of any level head pricing of muscle cars

Seriously? It must suck to go through life with that giant Mopar Chip on your shoulder.
