Default Max Wedge stocker and other engines for sale

Please email mwedge426@aol.com, text or call Jeff Day at (330) 418-0490

1) 413 industrial/motorhome bare block. This block is currently bored to 4.312 (+.062) (could be honed fresh to 4.313 or bore to 4.320, which is standard bore 440), block has partial fill, glyptal painted inside, race hemi orange outside, ARP main bolts, coated cam bearings, of course line hone, square deck, mag, pressure test and sonic check. Block has less than 50 runs since last freshen. All of the above work with core charge would be about $2,000 with block parts. This is a good starter or spare block for AA, A, B, C or NSS. $1,000 as is obo.

2) 1963 or 1964 legal 426 max wedge hi compression balanced rotating assembly from above listed block. Again, this assembly has less than 50 runs since last freshen. You will need new bearings and rings. Balanced assembly includes legal +.013 stroke 440 factory steel crank (.010 mains/.030 rods), Manley Pro-billet I-beam 6.760 rods with ARP 2000 bolts, CP forged hi dome stage 3 pistons. These pistons have factory ring grooves, upgraded wrist pins and coated skirts. I believe they are stamped M3/CP, I bought them off of Greg Luneak about 12 years ago. I have one new spare included. This assembly would cost at least $3,000 today, low runs, will sell for $1,750 obo.

3) 1963/1964 legal stocker camshaft. Comp Cams .509 lift solid/flat tappet. Aggressive grind from 2006. $125.00 obo.

4) BB Mopar timing chain and gear set, Cloyes hex-a-just, excellent shape. $125.00 obo.
Would package all the above together for $2,500 and throw in timing cover, bolts and roller cam button.

Larry,
I honestly don't know where the sonic sheet is. I first did that block in about 2006. I know one thing, it was plenty thick for us to use it, and it's supported as much as 210 pounds of cylinder pressure. I could get it sonic checked again, but it would cost me $75 if you're interested.
