AFCO makes the threaded hose adapters about $20-25 each depending on the size---Comp 387

dave , dont be cheap. go get the bung welded in the rad . i have -16 line in my car for upper and lower hoses.

My new car has a stock sized pipe, custom bent with extra elbows to fit around all the stuff in the way. It is thin wall tubing, powder coated to match the chassis with 2 short connector hoses to the stock out/inlets. I did not make it, but it reminds me of a weld together header kit. you might be able to make one out of muffler tubing and save $$. On gas below 85 degrees my car cools down while driving back to the pits.
