Default When to freshen our transmission

We've been running a Sepanic Metric 200 for over 15 years and knock on wood, have had absolutely no issues. We are definitely not the high horse power,,255hp 350 G/SA 1969 Camaro. Basically low 11,s but curious how many runs you guys go between rebuilds or freshenings???
I think these modern transmissions with today's technology are almost indestructible if built and maintained properly. I know fatigue is probably the big factor in breakage unless abuse, woops that's what we do every run, I mean over heat or improper transmission fluid.
Our 200 is at Sepanic's now for some upgrades, but it had 280 runs and was still going strong after 3 years.
