Electromotion
I've been wondering, now that TD is on the 240 MPH barrier approaching 250 (*cough*Sackovich*cough*), how long until NHRA will force electromotion down the class' throat? Right now I believe it is only used at nationals plus any regionals that TAFC/TAD are competing at.
Seems like a decent idea on paper, but I can only imagine the wiring/consistency/other issues it could bring. |

Re: Electromotion
Plenty of races early on (TF/FC) lost because of eronious shutoff. Seems to be ironed out but I don’t see it happening any time soon for Sportsman Racing. It’s possible the Ins carrier could want it..

Re: Electromotion
I think a lot of the early problems were from the teams themselves. I know the teams were complaining cars were being shutoff when internal engine pressure was to high. Purpose was to shutoff pre blow up.
