1999 Dodge 3500 2WD 163" WB Extended Cab 68,175 miles

I posted a couple weeks ago and must of inadvertently violated a use rule, my apologies to the Class Racer Family
1999 Dodge 3500 2WD dually extended cab, with 68,175 miles. 5.9 turbo diesel with 5 speed manual transmission. New never used Class 5 receiver. Firestone Transforce tires, Air Raid intake system, 100 HP adjustable plug in tuner, batteries are two years old. Garage kept with only 68,175 miles. I have lowered the price to $29,900, make me a reasonable offer or come see the truck. No tire kickers please.
