A Big Thank You to Auto Meter/Dedenbear
While beginning the installation of my new Dedenbear Lighting delay box I dropped that little buddy right smack on the shop floor!
I said, "whoops, this may be a problem" When connected to a test battery, sure enough, most of the display is dead! Well, nothing to do but ship it in for repairs. In the box I included a note explaining it was my fault, the box had been dropped on shop floor. The note stated in part, "please repair as needed and call for credit card payment" Once UPS picked it up I did not give it any more thought, I expected Auto Meter would call in a few days. So today, 9 business days later, UPS brings a box from Auto Meter. And of all things, NO CHARGE for repair! Not even return freight charge. Man what service! Many Thanks Auto Meter. I really appreciate the help. Larry Woodfin

Re: A Big Thank You to Auto Meter/Dedenbear
Larry,
I very similar service by Auto Meter, I had purchased a used Auto Meter tach with shift light and sent it in to them to check over and repair a broken reset button... They repaired the broken reset button, installed new wiring, cleaned every thing, calibrated it and shipped it back to me for a total of $35.00 I sent the guy I had delt with a thank you email and he responded back thank you, we do not get much response except complaints.
