Jason,,, if you want to see Detroit back in the good 'ol Nationals days,,, Go to youtube and type in: Ingenuity in Action (NHRA Hot Rod Film),, a great flick from the late '50s.

Because I've raced at San Gabriel, Fremont, Lions, OCIR, Irwindale, Fontana (original), and Riverside Raceway, none of them fit the description "If I could..."

The one that I'm sorry I missed would be Half Moon Bay.

Green valley Raceway in Dallas: If you couldn't run fast there, you couldn't run fast anywhere.

Fremont in November or Half Moon Bay (with no AHFS)

Chuck ....
You never made it up to race at the "moon"?????
You could almost throw a rock into the Pacific....
Just about as fast as Fremont (better air, but less hook)

Bob

Chuck, you must have been out there same time as me. You forgot about San Fernando. We used to be able to hit 3 tracks in one weekend.
I missed Fremont too, was too far to travel back then.
