57 stockers made the first run. I don't think anyone went a second under. Lots of red lights 1st round. DRC should have results up soon!

It is a gorgeous day! 72 degrees now, going up to 86 later.

When are they going to adjust the the 8.95 index?

NORWALK, Ohio - Order after one round of qualifying in Competition Eliminator at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 14th annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals:
13 1945 AH/SM Gary Wolkwitz, 8.560 8.95 -0.390
14 1058 AH/SM James Daniels, 8.579 8.95 -0.371

These two top notch cars need .25 to be competitive!

Norwalk is back and as good as ever. Ice cream is still a dollar. Grass is perfect. The whole area is very very clean. Staff is polite and helpful. So if you can come to Norwalk and help support this great family owned facility.

Well we got by Jim Marshall for a win in round 1! There was a little pause in action for sprinkles during the round but we made it thru! It is really cloudy and windy but racing is moving on. We are supposed to get another round in today.

They had just called us up for round 2 when it started raining! It was hard enough this time that they will have to dry the track since they were running alcohol cars! It appears to have stopped already but it will be a bit yet.
