Heat in Az.has stopped me. 14.51 best so far by just jetting richer. Going to tighten converter as it is way loose. Then a couple different collectors to try. I still think 14 flat can be made in decent air.

Finally went testing before div 7 race next week. With the converter having 11% slip I tried the john deere hydraulic fluid in transmission. Sure enough it worked. I reduced finish line rpm by 300. By having less slip and running my weather station stats from the spring testing I gained .06 in ET. Even though it's not enough lock you in high gear it will get me by for next weekend.

Little update of work performed. Changed from a 6.14 gear to a 5.57. Hoping to use motor torque to accelerate car. Front end alignment. Front end had severe toe in. Took front GM brake calipers off and freed up movement in hopes to keep pads away from rotor. They had allot of drag before, now they barely touch rotor when spun. Moved some weight to the back as I moved some to the middle of car and 60ft slowed. Installed cool fuel can. Installed fuel pressure gauge and found out I had been running 7lb of fuel and was wondering why car had a blubber to it. Had a cheap gauge mounted right at regulator and was reading wrong. Racing team race this Sunday and see if anything helped.
