Good morning everyone, its a chilly 52 as of 7:45am. Todays high will be in the low 70's and sunny. The rest of the weekend will be the same. Current weather numbers below

On a special note... keep Penny Bender, Bob's wife in your prays. Penny needs all the engorgement she can get. She is a trooper, coming to the races to support Bob and seeing her racing family means so much.

Good morning members and guests - Can you believe we're at Maple Grove - why you ask - 'cause this morning I'm looking at nothing but blue skies and sunshine and its expected to be like this thru monday .

Yesterday's test n tune went off ok with the exception of the fact that plenty and I mean plenty of cars showed up in the lanes all day .In the years I've been coming here this year will be one of the most attended in quite some time it seems . While running things yesterday they kept up with the track - plenty of dragging and spraying - yesterday wasn't cheap but at least the track was good.All that plus it was a bargain for the Alcohol cars- they got make lots of passes for the same price as the stockers etc.

Got to sleep in because of the rotation this morning with Stock being second and S/S out fourth .

Thanks go out to Tommy Goldman and his S/G guys - last night it was cheesesteak sandwiches and pierogies w/buttered onions on the menu - talk about good grub - that's livin' .

Thanks also go out to Doug Walker for getting some very nice shots yesterday while Ken and I were testing - well done Doug.
