Default Fuel Cell Cap/Lid Requirement

Does a rule exist specifying the "type" of cap a fuel cell must have ? I have always seen the usual aircraft style and I have seen "screw on" types sold as a replacement lid but is there a defined type of cap/lid in the rulebook I haven't seen ???

This might answer your question from Section 21, page 4 of General Regulations.

1:5 FUEL SYSTEMS

"All fuel tanks must have a pressure cap and be vented outside of body. A positive-locking screw-on fuel tank cap is mandatory on all open-bodied cars."
