Default Chassis Inspections

Are chassis inspections and certifications done at National, Regional or Divisional events?

You can get it done at the divisional races. Prob. at national event but not sure on that.
If its your first time you may not want to wait, have it done elsewhere. if you enter the race and it does not pass you don't run....

A lot of tracks have chassis inspections this time of year.

My home track in Tulsa is having inspections February 29 and March 1.

Most divisions have chassis inspectors that may make a house call, but it will add to the cost I believe.. if you can get you car to an early National Open, that could also work.. otherwise, a Divisional race is your best bet..they get real moody at a National..

But like it's been already said, if this is your first chassis cert, you may want to go with the first option, so you don't travel to an actual race, and fail, and not be able to race..

There is also an option the includes a chassis shop.. if you happen to have your car in the shop for some reason, the shop owner can usually make the arrangements.. I'm sure that they will be sure to have your car ready for inspection too..

Thanks for the feed back. No this isnt the first time, car has current cert until August of this year. I will be making a Divisional before then so just wanted to see if I could get it updated there.
