Where is this chevy II?

This is a 66 or 67 chevy II nova. Ive seen it at National trail raceway in Columbus back in the early to mid-nineties, It is a green post car with the old school cragar supertricks on it and was running superstreet/10.90 category. It says something on the door however i cannot recall what it was? 50 to 60 year old gentleman driving it at the time. Looks just like a superstocker however as stated above was running superstreet. Does this car ring a bell with anyone? Thanks in advance!!
