Larry McFarland legend bracket racer here in Division 4 has left us into the Kingdom of Heaven. Larry was a paralized from waste down, but that did not stop him from the sport he loved. He did it with hand controls, and he was a total legend in the 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 indexes down here. He was a humble man with a great sense of humor once you spent time with him.
We Love you forever brother and we know that there is no more pain, we will never ever forget you and what you taught us all in everything you accomplished. You will be missed but never forgotten. |

Thank you, Nick! Yes, Larry was such a great guy to hang around with as well a good drag racer. If you staged against him, you had better have your game face on - he was a tough competitor indeed.
I have some winners circle pics around here somewhere where he was with us when Antron won Top Fuel at Baytown a few years ago. |

Sounds like an awesome person and a great inspiration to ALL.
R.I.P. Larry. Pray that God will provide comfort for his family, friends and fellow racers.
