Given how much time the lifter spends at max lift how would that cause any issues? Less oil to the top is a good thing.

A little line with a die grinder on the lifter oil hole will allow oil to flow, will not need much.

These lifters had the lower edge of the oil band sitting higher than a “normal” lifter, and when the lifter was near the very top of the lobe, the band was no longer exposed to the gallery, and effectively shuts off the oil supply from that point forward. Also if I have to use a die grinder to make this lifter work,I understand this are not the lifter one I need !
There are few cheaper one that have the oil band well located. Thank you,

I have seen a few customers had the shop here mill a groove on each lifter. It doesn't need much, seems like it was only 3 thousands deep. Also a issue with Comp lifters and SBC dart block. If you don't groove them, keep a eye on the amount of oil under your valve covers............

Yes ! Here the answer I got from Jesel:``I would mill a flat on the body just to be safe, especially if you are using the lifter band to feed bore to bore ``
