First 2 Races - Banks Championship Points Updated

ASRA has wrapped up its first two races of the year and Tom Boucher is off to a fast start by doubling up at Lebanon Valley. On Sunday, June 19th there were 49 racers spending Father's Day at the race track. Boucher would be victorious over DJ Pires as both drivers were staring through the sun in the final round. Boucher came up 0.002 on the tree and sealed the deal with a 9.70 on a 9.68 dial as Pires ran 11.38 on his 11.34 dial. The semifinalists were Paut Aubin and Todd Bednaz.

On Saturday, June 25th the remaining rounds of competition for the Mark Markow memorial race were completed. Tom Boucher again marched his way through the field claiming victory of 1st year member Henry Specht. The semi-finalists were Dan Lynch and Mike Ferrell. Special thanks to the supporters that donated money to the Markow Memorial race as we were able to hand out those contributions in cash starting with the quarter-finalists.

Special thanks to Howard and Wayne of Lebanon Valley for supporting the bonus fuel program that awards a drum of VP racing fuel to the weekend's highest point earner.
