Default Brake Question

Looking for some advice on the rear brakes for my Stocker.

Do others run staging brakes on the rear of their Stock Eliminators?

I have seen several Factory Showdown cars with dual rear calipers.

Jerry this would be for the back of an A/SA car.
I haven't been able to get a solid answer yet, so I thought I would try here.

Dual rear calipers will help hold the car on the starting line if you want to get up on the converter. Master cylinder may need to be upgraded for the additional volume.

Line-lok on the rear isn't legal. Have to release with the pedal.

MW brakes on mine always rock solid. Car runs ASA with a lot of bottom end torque.

Larry so you're just running a single caliper on the rear?
Congratulations on your class win!

I had four wheel Strange brakes on my car (69 Barracuda) for years and had trouble holding it on the line.

I added another strange caliber on the rear and it made a huge difference. No trouble holding it at all.

TBM, Mark Williams and Lamb will hold the car with no problem.

TBM has the lowest drag of any brake system.
