Default Reverse pattern shifter

I was wondering what everyone was using for a turbo 400 reverse pattern hands-free shifter.Did some searching but was curious with new options out. Its a S10 bracket racer ,currently has a Shiftnoid on a Prostick thats hit and miss working.

I run a reverse pattern 400 with a quarter stick and Shifnoid setup. had a problem with 2-3 shift until I figured out the pressure on the rooster comb was to high, relieved some of the tension by adding a couple flat washers between valve body and detent roller spring assembly as solenoid couldn't overcome down pressure.

I had a Pro-Stick with the Shifnoid setup and struggled with it. It was shifting 1st to 3rd at times. I changed over to a Pro Ratchet with the Shifnoid setup and it worked flawlessly.

One of the nicest is a Precision Performance Shifter.....or an M&M Transmission shifter....

Just saying...

M&M with air shift.....pricey but worth it. You'll spend about as much for the PPP after all upgrades.

While my first choice would be Turbo Action I’ve been happy with the PPP that came in my car and Brad (think it’s just him and his Dad that operate Precision) was very helpful in sorting out the air shifting issue I had initially. My issue with the M&M is that it looks like a borderline patent infringement on the PPP.

For some reason I was thinking you had to move the shifter over then it went ahead and shifted into third on its own.
