Default ASRA at Lebanon Valley next week

All,

I'm a newbie with this ASRA class racing thing. Where will the ASRA folks meet next Saturday when we all get to LV? Want to make sure I can find you folks there. Thanks. Ron

All you have too do is show up. At the gate tell them your running the ASRA race. Most of us park in the field behind the staging lanes. On Saturday we’ll be the biggest crowd in the place. You will have to go through the track tech inspection. Once your there it’s easy to figure out. If you plan on joining the association, you need to before 1st round. There is a waiver too fill out and it’s $350. You don’t have to be a member to race, but the payout and rewards are much better. They’ll be calling us for out first tt about 9:30, so get there early and be ready to go.

Which car are you bringing?
Larry's H/SA 70 Chevelle was at LVD this past weekend.

If you have questions, PM Dean Ribeiro , he lives in Candia as well

Hi Greg. I will be bringing my B/SA 1971 Chevelle SS. It barely runs the index in good air, and I have rejetted the carb as best as I can. Am hoping some of you folks can help me squeeze another 3-4 tenths out of it. Maybe it is my driving technique, as I said, I am a newbie to class racing. Am sure I still have much to learn.

For those that want to be an Associate member of ASRA, which allows you to have a say and voting rights at meetings, but will not be entitled to the ASRA $ponsor Purse, I believe the dues is $150.00 per year....

However at anytime, an "associate member" can upgrade to a "full membership" by paying the additional $200.00.........

Thanks for pointing this out Greg. Just a slight adjustment that the associate membership is $100. From section 4.1 of the ASRA bylaws:

"Associate membership is $100 and includes all the voting rights and privileges of a full member but not the eligibility for ASRA payout, contingencies or ASRA points. An associate membership can be upgraded to a full membership by paying the additional $250 at any time. Points and Money will not be awarded until the additional dues have been paid."
