Default trans mount/fbody

95 fbody foot/brake camaro. (10.70 et car).. sbc/th350 trans....engine & mid plate mounted engine. poly mount or one piece alm? advice/info? tks

Go with the Polly mount in case there’s any amount of flex it could save your tail housing

never have used anything but rubber and never an issue and I'm 2 seconds faster

Rubber mount. You Never want to make the aluminum transmission case a stressed part of the chassis. It is bolted to the motor and isn't going anywhere.
