Is Norwalk going to be opened up again for additional entries?

I think it is, if you go to national event entries it's listed

Announcement on the rescheduled dates indicated new entries would be accepted but since it still shows full that’s kind of a mute point. I’m going to inquire about raising the quota since there will obviously be a lot more room with the Pro teams not there. Would encourage others to inquire with their DD or SRAC representatives.

I understood the online event entry site would be opened to allow withdrawals and new entries, given a spot would have to be available under the quota. My $0.02.

That's how I read it too. I didn't see anything indicating an increase in the quota.

Guess you have a different opinion about increasing the quota when you’re on the outside looking in. In any case BG, Indy, then Norwalk would be a nice 3 weeks of racing.

Fear not Larry, word on the street is that a certain blue DUSTER will be withdrawing due to TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES......

It dropped to 59 the same day I posted this, so we are already entered!!

For any of you wondering if the Norwalk race will count towards AHFS (it was a first half race, not a second half race) below is the response I got from NHRA.

I have followed up with the Tech Department and the event will count towards AFHS. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to let me know.
