What are the advantages and disadvantages for the same length gas powered Class A vs Class C motorhome for towing an aluminum enclosed trailer ?

I already chimed in on your thread about Class C’s but would add here that the MH, even on similar Ford chassis offers big advantages relative to storage and generally offer more payload capacity. Longer the wheelbase the better it will tow as well. Visibility going down the road is also greater since you can see down range. 10,000 pound hitch rating also a plus. The Class C might be easier to store due to lower height. Later V10’s with the six speed auto seem to be pretty bulletproof, to say the F53 chassis is proven is an understatement.

Funny you mentioned wheelbase. I spent a bit of time checking specs on both class a and class c. The class a almost always had the shorter wheelbase in same length mh.Visibility will be better in class a. All were built on e450 ford chassis that I looked at.Towing capacity was equal on both classes.
