pre-entry dates by grade points

Can someone tell me where/how to find the schedule that shows the dates that national event pre-entry opens according to number of grade points.....
I finally found it a week or two ago, printed it and I missed a page,somehow...
I looked about 15 minutes and thought maybe someone can point me in the right direction??
