Not sure if it is committee driven so much. AHFS has a lot more math to it and some specific rules that can be read by going to the NHRA page and doing some research. I e mail Pat Cvegros when I have questions and he is responsive when it comes to averages or other AHFS or tech questions.

Pat is the one that operates to system.
He is responsive and reasonably prompt to reply to our E Mails. The final decision is in the Hands of Wesley to decide if you get a Change in HP or not. You must meet ALL the published criteria to be even considered for a possible change. That is my understanding of the process works.
