Re: New COPO Engine Option???
Just to follow SSDiv6 humor…
“Humor of the day part II” Reaction time is too late for a potential COPO 632. Back in 2016-17, I had a chance to participate and help my good friend Claude Beaulieu for a Camaro COPO Clone construction based on a Camaro SS 2010. It was completely dismantle and rebuilt from the ground up following the Chevrolet COPO build book, some logical deductions/calculations, a lot of good discussions and help from some COPO owners and members of this site. This CCC was a 2012 COPO F/S replica with the exception of few details…It was equipped with a 632 cu.in. (A Brodix aluminium Block and AFR aluminium heads that was waiting on the shelf…) (Remember the shirt: Still playing with block…We’re old men still playing with BIG block here…) Once we found what this car want (suspension side…), it became a very easy hooking car everywhere, a very repetitive car on 9 inch tire with a best time of 8.73 sec at 155mph. A true great experience and was as fun to build it, that it was to race it… Sorry, just a little too late on reaction time, if you want to offer a 632 COPO… Remember it’s a Humor of the day part II Last edited by Charles Stewart; 10-23-2021 at 11:23 AM.
