Marty,
One thing to be careful about with C16 is that in my experience, C16 has a very short shelf life, I would say about 1 year so if you truly are needing something with that high of octane, make sure it hasn't been sitting around. As it isn't the most common fuel around, make sure it's not a jug that's been sitting in the corner for a while. I have the broken pistons to prove it. Jim Caughlin SS6019 |

Jim,
Thanks for the reply. My experience is different from yours. I used out of a 55 gallon drum for 3 years and had consistent performance and never failed fuel check. I know you are a straight shooter and I believe you saw a problem with C16. I don't know how to understand our different results with C16. Maybe have another phone call to have a chat about it. I really enjoyed our last chat a few years back.
